Some changes have been made by IRCTC in the Aadhaar authentication for "Identity Data Mismatch" cases in the Agent Interface as there were certain technical issues earlier. Those RSPs who have not been able to get their Aadhaar verified may initiate the Aadhaar verification process again.
In continuation of the earlier e mail,Competent Authority has approved for extension of the timeline for Aadhar Authentication of All Agents as under:
1) All PSPs/RSPs/Direct Agents (IATA/TAAI/TAFI/ADTOI/RTSA)timeline has been extended up to 16.08.2017 to complete the Aadhar Authentication activity.
2) From 17.08.2017 onwards, for those remaining agents (RSPs/Direct Agents) whose Aadhar Authentication could not be carried within the above stipulated period,the authentication will be done on payment of Rs.500/- per ID but the services will be continued for such agents till 31.08.2017. PSP/Direct Agent shall make the payment and provide the details of the RSPs to Agent Admin team (agentadmin@irctc.co.in) and once the payment is confirmed,Aadhar Authentication will be allowed for such RSPs/Direct Agent.
3) Thereafter, the services will be suspended for all the agents (RSPs/Direct Agents) whose Aadhar Based Authentication has not been completed by 31.08.2017.
4) The services to these agents (RSPs/Direct Agents) will be reactivated only after Aadhar Authentication is done by paying Rs.1000/- per ID. PSP/Direct Agent shall make the payment and provide the details of the RSPs/Direct Agent to Agent Admin team (agentadmin@irctc.co.in) and once the payment is confirmed, Aadhar Authentication will be allowed for such RSPs/Direct Agent.
5) Exemption from Aadhar authentication is given to the GSA’s (Outside India Agents) , CGDA (G2G) and RSPs of North Eastern States (as Aadhar is not implemented by Govt in those states).
The above timeliness are applicable to existing RSPs/PSPs. 2.Go to update profile of subagent and click on Aadhar based KYC
3.Enter your Aadhar number and click on Generate OTP. An OTP will be sent to your register mobile number which is linked with your Aadhar Card.
4.Enter the OTP on the resultant screen to validate your Aadhar Based KYC.
